Wilckodontics is an orthodontic procedure that uses the tissues of the bone and tooth arches that are causing the misalignment. Traditionally we have used orthodontic solutions to adjust these issues with force, pressuring them to move accordingly.

Corrective brackets have been designed smaller and clearer, stiff arch wires have been given more flex, and translucent plastic retainer systems such as Invisalign has been introduced.
